About the Series

This 22-week journey of embodiment and self-discovery is inspired by the wisdom of the Major Arcana.

Through weekly sessions, we will:

Explore the themes of each tarot card
Use tarot as a tool to understand ourselves
Practice breathwork to release emotions and connect more deeply to our inner power

Whether you’re completely new to tarot & breathwork or you’re a seasoned practitioner, you are welcome to join us!

Why Tarot?

The Major Arcana is an archetypal journey of transformation & self-discovery. We will use it:

as a mirror to reflect truths within ourselves
as a map to connect to universal wisdom, collective consciousness, and divine guidance
